Biography

Ms. O’Connor has served as Director since 2020. She has served as Corporate Vice President – Engineering, Procurement, and Construction at Microsoft Corporation since 2022. Ms. O’Connor has experience executing and leading large and mega capital projects for a wide range of industries including Energy and Chemicals, Advanced Technologies and Life Sciences, and Mining and Metals both domestically and internationally with Fluor Corporation. She also previously served as Flour’s Director of Engineering for Americas providing leadership oversight of engineering resources and execution in South America, US, and Canada, as well as their Vice President, Project Director.
