Mr. Hartwick has served as our Chairman of the Board since March 2018 and as a Director since 2015. Mr. Hartwick is currently President and CEO for Ontario Power Generation, a provincial owner of power generation in Ontario, Canada. Prior to his current position, he served as their Senior Vice President of Finance, Strategy, Risk & Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Ontario Power Generation, Mr. Hartwick was the Chief Financial Officer of Wellspring Financial Corporation, a Canadian sales financing company, and held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Just Energy Group, Inc., Chief Financial Officer at Hydro One, Inc., and Partner at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Mr. Favreau has served as Director since 2016. He currently serves as Partner at Engine Capital Management, LLC, an investment manager to value-oriented special situations funds that invest both actively and passively in companies undergoing change. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities as well as monitoring portfolio risk and position sizing. Prior to Engine Capital Management, Mr. Favreau served as a consultant at HUSCO International and as an investment professional at Apax Partners.
Mr. Karna has served as Director since 2022. He has more than 33 years of experience in finance, strategy, and management. Mr. Karna has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Covetrus, Inc., a global animal-health technology and service company, since 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Karna held senior management roles with Sysco Corporation and PepsiCo, Inc, as well as finance roles of increasing responsibility for the Quaker Oats Company.
Ms. Lowry has served as a Director since 2018. She served as Vice President of Risk, Treasury, and Corporate Finance for McCormick & Company, Inc. From 2016 until her retirement in 2021. Ms. Lowry previously held senior management positions with Exelon Corporation (“Exelon”) including as Senior Vice President of Generation Strategy, and at Constellation Energy, as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to that, she held executive positions at companies within the electric power industry including The AES Corporation and Cogentrix Energy Group, Inc. Ms. Lowry has served on numerous governing committees within Constellation and Exelon and previously served as Vice Chair of the Maryland Zoo Board of Trustees.She also serves as a board member for MGP Ingredients since 2025, a producer and supplier of premium distilled spirits, branded spirits, and plant-based food ingredients, and as chair of the energy risk management committee for Clearway Energy, one of the largest owners of clean energy generation assets in the U.S, since 2022. In addition, Ms. Lowry previously served as a board member for energy industry companies TPI Composites from 2024 to 2025 and Electriq Power Holdings from 2023 to 2024.
Mr. Lucky has served as a Director since 2015. He is a construction attorney and the Construction Practice Leader at the century-old Alberta-based law firm of Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP, where he has practiced since 1988 and previously served as Managing Partner. He has advised contractors and owners in major power projects, including oil and gas, solar, wind, and carbon capture, engineer procurement and construction mega projects, and more than 100 public-private finance infrastructure projects throughout Canada, the United States, and Australia.
Ms. O’Connor has served as Director since 2020. She has served as Corporate Vice President – Engineering, Procurement, and Construction at Microsoft Corporation since 2022. Ms. O’Connor has experience executing and leading large and mega capital projects for a wide range of industries including Energy and Chemicals, Advanced Technologies and Life Sciences, and Mining and Metals both domestically and internationally with Fluor Corporation. She also previously served as Fluor’s Director of Engineering for Americas providing leadership oversight of engineering resources and execution in South America, US, and Canada, as well as their Vice President, Project Director.
Aurelie P. Richard has served as Director since 2025. She currently serves as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for S&C Electric Company ("S&C"). From January 2019 through November Ms. Richard served as Chief Human Development and Strategy Officer for S&C and was named Chief Financial and Strategy Officer in November 2021. Prior to S&C, Ms. Richard held several leadership positions at Schneider Electric and Earnst & Young. Ms. Richard served as an adjunct profession for Northwestern University from October 2020 through June 2024. Ms. Richard also served as a board member and chair of the Finance Committee for Lycée Français de Chicago, a French International School, from June 2018 through 2024.
