Biography

Mr. Patterson has served as a Director since 2007. Mr. Patterson retired as Senior Vice President of Corporate and Business Development from American Water Works Company, Inc. (“American Water Works”), the largest investor-owned U.S. water and wastewater utility company. Prior to American Water Works, Mr. Patterson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pennichuck Corporation, an investor-owned water utility company. Mr. Patterson also served as executive advisor to Concentric Energy Advisors, a private firm providing financial advisory and consulting services for utilities, and he provided financial advisory and consulting services for utilities as President of EnSTAR Management Corporation, a company which he founded, from 2010 through 2016.
