Ms. Lowry has served as a Director since 2018. Ms. Lowry is Vice President of Corporate Finance for McCormick & Company, Inc. Ms. Lowry previously held management positions with Exelon Corporation (“Exelon”) as a Senior Vice President of Generation Strategy, Constellation Energy Power Management, LLC as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to that, she held executive positions at companies within the electric power industry including AES Corporation and Cogentrix Energy Group, Inc. Ms. Lowry has served on numerous governing committees within Constellation and Exelon and is currently Vice Chair of the Maryland Zoo Board of Trustees.
